A new season is starting at Delve!
This year, we’re excited to continue bringing you cutting-edge thought leadership from the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University. From now until next summer, we’ll be publishing videos, audio podcasts, and articles that cover critical questions facing managers today. We’ll dive into AI ethics, equity and diversity, entrepreneurship, sustainability, healthcare, and so much more.
Here’s our promise to you:
- Humans produce all our content – no AI-generated articles, videos, or audio podcasts. And if we do use AI to support our content creation, we will disclose it.
- Everything published in Delve is fact-checked and backed by experts at McGill University.
- We’ll bring you insights and perspectives that are challenging, interdisciplinary, and will hopefully encourage you to think differently about management as a practice.
Our goal is to connect you to the expertise of our faculty and expert contributors. We don’t want to tell you what to think; we want you to come think with us.

And behind all of this content is a small (but mighty) team.
Professor Saku Mantere is our editor-in-chief and has been at the helm since Delve’s inception in 2019. He’s the guiding hand behind our editorial content. He’s an interdisciplinary thinker, an accomplished management researcher and educator, and is the dominant voice on what we cover on our platform. He’s always on the lookout for new, challenging ideas from the McGill community, which he hopes to platform through Delve.
Eric Dicaire is Delve’s managing editor. He’s the primary host of our podcast and the main author of our newsletters and web articles. He brings a journalistic perspective to our content, finding and presenting information in a way that’s both accessible and relevant to you.
Dr. Sabine Dhir is the director of the Marcel Desautels Institute for Integrated Management, the institute behind Delve. She’s a regular contributor to Delve, both as a guest and as a host. But more than that, she’s an essential voice in Delve’s strategic direction.
Next is Edie Pearman. She’s a recent computer science graduate from McGill University, with a minor in communications She’ll be working with Delve as an editorial assistant this year, honing her writing chops while bringing a fresh new perspective to our team.
And finally, nothing at Delve would be possible without the incredible community of experts at McGill University. This includes the talented professors and alumni from the Desautels Faculty of Management, experts from other faculties and disciplines, and the occasional special guest from outside McGill University.
